These terms explain, in plain language, how booking and payment work at Botanic Ave., what our care does and doesn't cover, and what to do if something isn't right.
Booking & payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking, through Simple Clinic, our secure practice management system. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or missed appointments without notice, are charged in full.
Scope of care
Naturopathic care at Botanic Ave. is complementary to, not a replacement for, medical care from your GP, obstetrician or specialist. We'll always refer you back to your doctor when something needs medical assessment.
