What we treat

The areas where our clinical depth runs deepest. Whatever brings you here, the approach is the same: functional testing to understand what's really going on, so we can treat the cause rather than the symptoms on the surface.

View all specialities
01 / FERTILITY

Fertility & Preconception

Our largest area of practice. Preconception preparation for both partners - not just to support a healthy pregnancy, but a healthy baby. We work with couples conceiving naturally and through IVF or IUI, including recurrent miscarriage and unexplained infertility. "Unexplained" rarely means there's nothing to find. It usually means nobody has looked in the right places yet.

02 / PERINATAL

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Trimester-by-trimester support, safe prescribing in pregnancy, and fourth-trimester nutrient repletion. Pregnancy moves in phases, and each one asks something different of your body. We review every six weeks and test ahead of low iron and thyroid changes rather than waiting for symptoms. Postpartum recovery is built during pregnancy, not after it.

03 / REPRODUCTIVE

Reproductive Health & Hormones

PCOS, endometriosis, painful or absent periods, PMS and perimenopause, alongside recurrent BV, thrush and ureaplasma. These conditions rarely have a single cause, which is why they keep coming back. We look at the hormonal, microbial and nutritional picture together, so you finally understand what's actually driving it.

04 / DIGESTIVE & THYROID

Gut Health & Thyroid

Bloating, IBS, reflux and food intolerances, alongside fatigue, weight change and Hashimoto's. Gut and thyroid health are far more connected than most people are told. We investigate both properly, so you leave with an explanation rather than another list of foods to avoid.

Naturopath

BHSc (Naturopathy)

“I came to naturopathy through my own gut and hormone struggles, so I know what it's like to be passed from one answer to the next. Now I help women get to the root cause of their symptoms without the overwhelm, so they can feel like themselves again.”

About Jess

My path to naturopathy started with my own health issues — gut issues, hormone imbalance, severe fatigue, anxiety, and mould sensitivity that I didn't realise were all connected at the time. Getting my health back on track fueled my passion for helping women do the same: finding the root cause of their symptoms and guiding them toward better health without overcomplication or overwhelm. My areas of focus are gut health, fertility, hormones, thyroid, and vaginal health, and whether you're trying to fall pregnant, want to feel like yourself again, or finally get some answers, I can help you get there.

When I'm not in clinic, you'll find me strength training, walking in nature or at the beach, reading a good book, or experimenting with nourishing food in the kitchen. I love what I do because I've been on the other side of it, and I know how life-changing it is to feel like yourself again.

Naturopath

BHSc (Naturopathy)

“I was diagnosed with PCOS in my twenties, which is what first drew me to naturopathy. I now take a whole-person approach, looking beyond individual symptoms to the underlying drivers — with a special interest in fertility and vaginal health.”

About Lara

My own journey into naturopathy began as a teenager, when I worked with an incredible naturopath to support my hormonal acne and gut health, which had fallen out of balance following repeated antibiotic use for my skin. In my twenties, I was diagnosed with PCOS and began exploring how nutrition, lifestyle and natural medicine could help me better understand and manage my health. This experience sparked a passion for naturopathy that has continued to grow throughout my clinical career.

I've completed further training and mentorship in vaginal and genitourinary health through Intimate Ecology, under the mentorship of Dr Moira Bradfield, which has deepened my passion for the complex relationship between the vaginal microbiome, hormones and reproductive health.

I'm also a bit of a health nerd — I genuinely love getting stuck into functional pathology, from blood tests to gut and vaginal microbiome results, and piecing together the bigger picture behind someone's symptoms.

At the heart of my work is a fascination with how our stress, nervous system regulation, nutrition and environmental exposures can influence our hormones, digestion and fertility. I take a whole-person approach, looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the underlying drivers and identify where we can create meaningful change.

I especially love working with couples on their fertility journey. Supporting both partners and looking at fertility from a whole-body perspective is often where the real magic happens.

Outside of the clinic, I love getting creative through sketching and cooking, getting lost in a good book, and making the most of any opportunity to be outdoors — whether that's hiking, camping or swimming at the beach.

Amy Miller

Naturopath

BHSc (Naturopathy)

“I studied medical imaging and physiotherapy before training as a naturopath, so I'm equally comfortable with standard and functional testing. I'm here to help you feel empowered in your body again, and I'd be honoured to be part of your health journey.”

About Amy

Hi, I'm Amy, a naturopath with a huge passion for holistic health and the human body. I grew up in Adelaide, but my love for the mountains brought me to Queenstown, NZ.

Before becoming a naturopath, I explored other avenues in healthcare, studying medical imaging (radiography) for one year and completing two years of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. While those paths weren't quite right for me, they deepened my understanding and respect for the body.

What led me to study naturopathy was my own health struggles with post-pill acne, coupled with an already well-developed understanding of the body from my previous studies. I knew that something wasn't right in my body and that the mainstream medical system wasn't going to provide me with more than a pill to mask the symptoms. Ultimately, my curiosity and belief in the human body's ability to heal led me to naturopathy — a model of healthcare that aligned with my values: evidence-informed, person-centred, holistic, and rooted in empowered education.

My approach to practice is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and compassion. I believe in the body's innate ability to heal when given the right support, and I work with you to uncover the 'why' behind your symptoms, not just manage them.

Using a mix of functional and standard pathology testing (when appropriate), I aim to bring clarity to complex cases and develop targeted treatment plans that are both realistic and sustainable. You can expect a space where your experiences are heard, your symptoms are validated, and you're supported with practical, personalised care.

I'm here to help you feel empowered in your body again, and I'd be honoured to be part of your health journey.

Outside of clinic, you'll usually find me exploring the mountains (hiking, trail running or snowboarding), down a research rabbit hole, or getting creative in the kitchen. I'm also a lover of fantasy novels, thought-provoking podcasts, and spending time with my loved ones on the phone or in person.
